Welcome to Zal Parking. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and our valet and parking services at O’Hare International Airport (ORD). By booking with us, creating an account, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using our parking services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2.Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. The vehicle you park with us must be legally registered, insured, and operable.

3.Accounts & Booking

• You may book as a registered user (by creating an account) or as a guest without an account.
• If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and your information accurate and up to date.
• We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our booking system from bots, fraud, and abuse. By booking, you also agree to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• A booking is only confirmed once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.

4.Pricing & Payment

• All rates, fees, and applicable taxes are displayed during booking before you confirm.
• Payment is processed at the time of booking through our secure third-party payment processor.
• Prices are subject to change, but any confirmed booking will be honored at the price shown at the time of booking.

5.Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund eligibility: To receive a refund, your cancellation must be made at least one (1) hour before your scheduled drop-off / reservation start time.

Processing fee: A 3.5% processing fee will be deducted from every refund to cover payment-processing costs.

Refund timeline: Approved refunds are processed within five (5) business days and returned to your original payment method.

No refunds: Cancellations made less than one (1) hour before the reservation start time, and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.

6.Vehicle Handling & Liability

Our responsibility for your vehicle begins when our valet takes possession of it at drop-off and ends when the vehicle is returned to you at pickup.

• You must report any damage or issue immediately at the time of pickup, before leaving our lot. Claims reported after you leave the premises may not be accepted.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature (storms, hail, flooding), fire, theft or vandalism where we are not at fault, or pre-existing damage.
• We are not responsible for mechanical or electrical issues, tire wear, or damage that existed before drop-off.

7.Customer Responsibilities

• Please remove all valuables from your vehicle (cash, laptops, phones, jewelry, documents, or other personal items). We are not liable for loss of items left inside the vehicle.
• Provide working keys and ensure your vehicle is in a safe, operable condition.
• Ensure your vehicle is legally registered and insured.

8.Prohibited Items

You may not leave any illegal, hazardous, flammable, or dangerous materials in your vehicle. We reserve the right to refuse service for any vehicle we reasonably believe poses a safety or legal risk.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zal Parking’s total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed flights, lost time, or related travel costs.

10.Third-Party Services

Our website and services rely on trusted third parties, including our payment processor, SMS/notification provider, and Google reCAPTCHA. Your use of our services is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these providers.

11.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
